Online Registration
Online Registration is now open!
We are delighted to announce that the online registration for the MRM2021 has opened. All participants including speakers, symposium organizers, and audiences are required to register to participate at the MRM2021. Early discounted registration ends September 10th, so be sure to register as soon as possible!
The MRM2021 will follow the well-established format of the previous MRM2019. However, taking into account the uncertainties and risks related to public health and travel to Yokohama due to Covid-19, all meeting attendees will be able to participate in the meeting in-person and online.
Policies
Standard Cancellation Policy
If the meeting committee decides to call off the conference operation on account of natural disaster (ex. huge typhoon, big earthquake, flooding of river by torrential downpours and so on), we will provide you official certificate of your presentation. However, no refunds shall be granted for aforementioned cancellation. Refer to “COVID-19 Cancellation Policy” for details on event cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
In light of the continuing uncertainty regarding face-to-face meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic, all meeting attendees are able to participate in online oral and poster sessions if they cannot travel to Yokohama.
The registration fee once paid will not be refunded for cancellations from the participants. Even if a state of emergency will be issued in Yokohama (Kanagawa Prefecture) and it becomes impossible to hold a real event, we will hold the program online. In that case, if the meeting attendee will make a request within a certain period after it is decided that the real event will not be possible at all, we will refund a certain amount to the applicant after the meeting. The amount will be announced after the balance of the meeting is clarified.
The registration fee for overseas participants will be discounted regardless of the format of the event or the issuance of a state of emergency, and no refund for them. Refer to the registration site.
